Horrible experience drove here for 1 hour to get my 215/50 tires and they did not have them instock like they told me(wanted to put some 215/60 on). Waste of time, do not come here!!!! They dont even know what they have instock.

Horrible experience. Went in for some wheels and tires that I had been messaging with John through facebook only to get there and find out they had sold the wheels. They said it would take 40mins for them to bring some so I agreed to wait. A little over an hour I asked for an update and they said the guy would be back soon so I asked to see the tires that I was getting and they were completely different, way older and in rough shape. I told them those weren’t the ones I was messaging about and they said they didn’t have the ones I was seeing online. I ended up waiting 2hrs and walked out with only the wheels and dirty looks from the young tech that was there. What a waste of time! Save yourself time and look elsewhere where they value not only your time, but their customers.

A terrible experience. I found the service on Facebook and agreed on a price—which didn't change—but I was told the tires were 2025 models; instead, I ended up with one from 2023, one from 2024, and two from 2025. That part wasn't a huge deal, since they were used tires. The real issue was that they didn't actually balance the wheels—even though they pretended to—so the steering wheel shook violently when I got on the highway. To make matters worse, I even tipped them. It was just awful. Just to add, their dynamic balancing machine is located inside; they took the tire in, but then brought it back out without actually doing anything to it—it was terrible service.
